Important Updates to Your KCT Relationship

Q #1: To whom does this apply?

A: Any KCT relationship of record in the last seven years:

  • Project Engagement (MOU);
  • Cooperative Marketing;
  • Declaration of Interdependence (Trust);
  • Social Enterprise Community (SECom);
  • Project Referrals; and
  • Any other that has benefited from the more than ten thousand volunteer hours of counsel and the sharing of our resources.

Q #2: How does this materially affect my relationship with KCT?

A: Of the seven (7) primary points of differentiation that comprise our divine blue ocean strategy, only one has any material affect, and another provides greater transparency, should you choose to remain “Active” with KCT.

  • Purpose: No change
  • Organization: No change
  • People: No change
  • Term: No change
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in lieu of courts: No Change
  • Sharing: Rewards sharing and distributions no longer apply in one-way charitable format but now require equitable reciprocity. The law of the harvest applies … do not expect to reap where you have not sown.
  • Compensation: No change

Q #3: What has changed administratively/operationally?

A: We recommend always referring to the latest Administrative Protocol as your most comprehensive point of reference.

Q #4: I already engaged and acknowledged the SECom agreement some time ago, you want me to do this again?

A: Yes. Each supplement we offer is an annual commitment on your part to volunteer time, talent and treasure relative to your temple and to touch your neighbor. We do not assume your circumstance to be the same today as it was several years ago. Each supplement is designed with flexibility in mind, not as to encumber you, but rather give you the flexibility you need with your family and organizations that mean the most to you. You choose how you want to participate. The same applies to other optional KCT supplements as well.

Q #5: What is the difference between the current SECom and previous supplement versions, including the former Cooperative Marketing Agreement?

A: A: Several aspects of the former agreements apply. The following are clarifications mostly to several points of interest:

  • Spirituality: We believe when people have an opportunity to shift outside of themselves, they will work toward a higher purpose even when they don’t know who they are in their divine purpose. We aim to help them discover their “Redemptive Gifts” and get them plugged in and connected shifting from success to significance.
  • Community: In the KCT glossary of frequently used Kingdom Terms & Concepts used in the context of Kings Counsel, we define the terms Koinonia and Oikonomia as, who we are, and how we do it.
  • Faith: The current SECom is designed to appeal to a broader audience vs. the specific KCT household “Family of Faith” outlined in the What We Believe
  • Cooperative Rewards: Like a home owner’s association, we will share in the expenses together, and enjoy the appreciation of growth, value, and prosperity together.
  • Sponsorship: We’re honor any and all with a one-time tithe as an expression of our gratitude, and for those of the SECom, we will honor ongoing residual rewards over the life of an active ongoing relationship.
  • 13 Dimensions of Compatibility: The in-depth analysis of our values assessment in both the Know Your Customer and iMap Impact Assessment Processes are reserved for those truly called to go deeper in their intimate relationship with God and higher with their king/priest responsibility for God via the former Declaration of Trust. Several aspects of the 13 Dimensions are, however, used in the basic Principal Profile Fact Sheet to help give folks a deeper sense of connectivity and highlight the diversity of gifts and talents of the greater community.

Q #6: What action, if any, am I required to take?

A.1: Please set aside fifteen (15) minutes to listen to this foundational presentation, Redemptive Gift Parameters, presented by Arthur Burk, casting the vision of the greater Kingdom marketplace community. Among other required and/or recommended hardware, software and reading resources we will get to soon, EVERY THING we do incorporates all of these elements and celebrates the diversity of redemptive gifts (i.e. it does not work if any one gift is missing).

A.2: Preview our Administrative Protocol to re-familiarize yourself with any number of conversation topics presented not otherwise available from our public website. Begin preparing your list of questions not otherwise answered heretofore to cover in our next discussion.

A.3: Preview our Social Enterprise Community (SECom) Terms of Use Supplement. This sets the stage for which everything else we do will be added to it. Like the graceful gift of salvation, it is a point of beginning. It is not our constitution, but rather an expression of our will and desire providing the relational framework by which we can agree and find unity. The SECom Supplement is a requirement to establish your general cooperative trust indenture (effectively an express sub-trust arrangement) with the KCTFO Nehemiah Trust; to participate in the KCTFO Cloud; and/or with any KCTFO sponsored JVA/Trust syndication of the Kings Counsel mission. If after reviewing the SECom Supplement, and what we have prepared for you resonates with your purpose and God’s plan, then by means click though the hyperlink on the bottom of the last page for the e-sign document and give online according to your most appropriate Reward profile (Individual Principal, Family, Student, Ministry Partner, Firm, or Affiliated Organization).

Important Note: Principals that have elected the use KCTFO Fiduciary Services for one or more external trust administration services should select the Firm or Affiliated Organization reward profile accordingly.

Q #7: What is the reformatted sequence of pre-engagement / post-engagement with KCT?

A: Click here for the latest process map of sequence, submittals, optional supplements and an estimate of time required for each. FYI, those with projects still have an abundance of transparency disclosures to complete through the iMap Impact Assessment Process … not much has changed in this regard.

Q #8: I already have a third party rewards card registered with KCTFO, do I need a new card?

A: Yes. Due to the ever encroaching influence of FATCA and other related regulatory bodies, the third-party cards of American Express and others we once used for rewards are no longer accepted outside US borders. We have a proprietary app to meet this need. We will order a new replacement KCT card for you delivered to a physical address of your choice, anywhere in the world once you have established your sub-trust account with KCT accordingly. The cost of this feature is included in your sub-trust agreement.

Q #9: If I am already current with the 2015 SECom, what are my “next steps”, if any?

A: Upon receipt of your SECom Supplement above, we’ll prepare a new office in the KCTFO cloud for you and begin getting into more specific details of our administration and operations of KCTFO via our current Administrative Protocol to get you settled into your personal KCT office in the cloud.
